Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency or experience in the following areas:

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
  Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing tracking and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

• Alarm Panel Experience (B202)
  Candidates must possess experience in operating and managing alarm panel systems. This includes knowledge of alarm activation deactivation and troubleshooting procedures.

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
  Candidates should be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes familiarity with software applications email communication and data entry.

• Customer Service Experience (B219)
  Candidates must have a background in customer service demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and employees by following site-specific access-control procedures policies and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials and visitor authorization issue access materials as directed and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Respond to access-related incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated entry points employee areas shipping and receiving locations and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized access.
• Support compliance with food production access requirements by directing visitors contractors and delivery personnel to appropriate check-in areas and notifying site contacts of arrivals.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
