Pay Rate: $17.46 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Valid Drivers License
  All candidates must possess a valid drivers license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This is essential for roles that require travel or transportation of goods.

• Access Control/Badge Experience
  Candidates should have experience with access control systems and badge management (B201). Familiarity with these systems is crucial for maintaining security protocols within our facilities.

• Alarm Panel Experience
  Experience with alarm panel systems (B202) is required for positions that involve monitoring and responding to security alerts. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of alarm operations and emergency response procedures.

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet
  Proficiency in using computers or tablets (B204) is necessary for all roles. Candidates must be comfortable navigating software applications and performing tasks digitally.

• Customer Service Experience
  A background in customer service (B219) is essential for positions that involve direct interaction with clients or customers. Candidates should exhibit strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.

• Loss Prevention Experience
  Experience in loss prevention (B210) is preferred for roles that involve safeguarding company assets. Candidates should be knowledgeable about loss prevention strategies and techniques.

• Valid Drivers License:

  • All candidates must possess a valid drivers license issued in the state where the job is located (C124). This is essential for positions that require driving as part of the job responsibilities.
  • Candidates are required to provide a copy of their valid drivers license during the application process.

• CPR Certification:

  • Candidates must hold a current CPR certification (B205) to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and employees.
  • Proof of CPR certification must be submitted with the application or presented during the interview process.

What Youll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees visitors contractors and delivery personnel at a logistics and distribution location by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access at the front desk verify visitor credentials issue visitor passes as authorized and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• Answer incoming calls provide directions and site information and communicate visitor arrivals or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Observe front desk activity and report unusual conditions access concerns or policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established emergency response procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
