As a Security Officer Medical Facility in Albuquerque NM you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a government location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors employees and members of the public at a government location by carrying out site-specific procedures access protocols and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents public inquiries and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document events in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings grounds parking areas and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity maintenance concerns and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity in accordance with site procedures; assist with directing guests and maintaining orderly entry and exit flow.
• Prepare accurate activity logs incident reports and shift communications and coordinate with Allied Universal supervision and site contacts as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
