As a Security Officer Lobby Ambassador in Seattle WA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Professional at a dynamic location where you will welcome visitors manage access monitor activity and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. Pay Rate: $23.89 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the front desk.
• Respond to incidents visitor concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors checking credentials maintaining front desk logs and reporting unusual activity according to site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
