As a Security Officer Incident Documentation Coordinator in Fremont CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto and more. Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer supporting a dynamic automotive location. You will monitor assigned areas conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents manage access control activities and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Use technology to document security-related activity while working with a reliable innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas parking facilities access points and the perimeter with working conditions varying by site.
• Monitor access to the location verify visitor and contractor authorization and maintain accurate entry and incident documentation.
• Support a professional environment by reporting hazards suspicious activity and security-related concerns to appropriate site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
