As a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Reception Services in Alpharetta GA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a financial institution you will welcome visitors manage access control and badge procedures support a professional lobby environment and respond to security-related concerns with clear communication and exceptional customer service. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Manage the front desk by greeting visitors verifying identification and appointment information issuing visitor credentials and maintaining accurate visitor logs.
• Monitor access to the location screen incoming guests and deliveries according to site procedures and help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Answer and route calls provide directions and general information and communicate observations or concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
