As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Two Years Experience in Houston TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents and respond to security-related concerns. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel visitors and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of aerospace and defense-related facilities access points buildings parking areas and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to assigned locations verify credentials as directed by site procedures and report access-control concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Document observations incidents patrols and security-related activities in clear and accurate reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess at least 1 year of armed security-related law enforcement or military experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
