As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed First Aid Response Patrol in Allentown PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

• All prospective employees are required to obtain a valid CPR certification.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures policies and emergency response activities at a technology-focused facility.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility grounds parking areas entrances and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points verify visitor and contractor credentials as directed and maintain accurate entry incident and activity logs.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required reports.
• Observe and report security-related concerns involving facility access equipment areas and property following site procedures and Allied Universal reporting standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
