As a Full Time Property Protection Security Officer at a Chocolate Factory in Breinigsville PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more. As a Security Officer at a food and beverage location you will monitor assigned areas conduct routine patrols and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service communicate professionally with employees and visitors and support a welcoming environment. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
  Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing tracking and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
  Candidates must be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes the ability to navigate software applications manage emails and utilize online resources effectively.

• Customer Service Experience (B219)
  Candidates should possess a background in customer service demonstrating strong communication skills problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing excellent service to clients and customers.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout food and beverage production warehouse office and perimeter areas with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Monitor access points verify visitor and contractor authorization and maintain accurate logs and reports in accordance with site requirements.
• Observe and report unusual activity facility conditions and potential hazards to appropriate personnel while helping to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
