As a Security Officer Full Time - Secret Clearancein Spring Lake NC you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at an aerospace and defense location you will welcome visitors manage access control and badge processes monitor entry activity and provide outstanding customer service. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service at a front desk within an aerospace and defense location by following site-specific procedures access protocols and visitor management requirements.
• Greet employees visitors contractors and delivery personnel; verify authorization issue visitor credentials and maintain accurate entry and exit records.
• Monitor access points cameras alarms and other security-related systems; report unusual activity unauthorized access attempts and equipment concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents alarms medical situations and other critical events in a calm professional problem-solving manner notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Answer phones provide directions and general site information receive deliveries and maintain professional communication with clients visitors and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Have at least 1 year of armed security-related law enforcement or military experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortably use a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
