As a Security Officer Full Time Identity Enrollment in Boynton Beach FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. As an Access Control Officer at a residential community you will help create a welcoming secure environment by managing visitor and resident access verifying credentials monitoring entry points and responding to security-related concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a visible presence that helps deter incidents. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests vendors and visitors while carrying out site-specific access control procedures policies and emergency response activities at a residential community.
• Monitor entry and exit activity verify authorization for visitors and service providers and maintain accurate visitor and vehicle access records.
• Respond to incidents resident concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of community grounds amenities parking areas entry points and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with residents property management emergency responders and Allied Universal leadership regarding access issues incidents and unusual activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
