As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Guest Services in Wayne NJ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location you will serve as a welcoming visible presence for visitors and staff manage access support security-related procedures and respond to routine inquiries with professionalism. You will help create a secure environment through clear communication attentive observation and exceptional customer service. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients visitors vendors and staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a healthcare location.
• Serve as a professional front-desk presence by greeting visitors verifying identification and access authorization issuing visitor credentials and directing individuals to appropriate areas.
• Monitor entry activity maintain visitor logs and other required documentation and report suspicious activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established emergency response protocols.
• Communicate clearly with healthcare staff visitors and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents access requests and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
