As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk in Tarboro NC you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a food and beverage location you will serve as a welcoming professional presence for visitors and employees. You will manage access monitor entry activity respond to inquiries and communicate security-related concerns while delivering exceptional customer service. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees visitors delivery drivers and vendors at a food and beverage production location while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Staff the front desk and reception area greet and screen visitors verify authorization issue visitor credentials and maintain accurate visitor contractor and delivery records.
• Monitor access to the facility by observing entry points directing guests to appropriate contacts and reporting unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity to site leadership.
• Answer incoming calls provide directions and general information receive packages or deliveries as directed and maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.
• Respond to incidents alarms medical events and other critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established emergency response procedures and promptly notifying appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
