As a Security Officer Full Time Front Deskin Gahanna OH you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a utilities location you will serve as a welcoming highly visible presence while supporting access control visitor management and communication of security-related concerns. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk of a utilities location by following site-specific security-related procedures visitor management protocols and access-control requirements.
• Greet visitors contractors and employees; verify authorization issue visitor credentials maintain accurate visitor logs and direct individuals according to site procedures.
• Monitor front-desk communications alarms cameras and access-control activity as assigned; report unusual activity maintenance concerns and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established emergency response procedures and notifying designated contacts.
• Maintain professional communication with employees visitors contractors and Allied Universal leadership while supporting a welcoming and controlled entry environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
