As a Security Officer Full Time Entry Control in Bonita Springs FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts and more. As an Access Control Officer at a premier resort location you will help create a welcoming environment by monitoring entry points verifying access assisting guests and staff and responding to security-related concerns. Your visible presence and strong communication skills will help deter incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to members guests visitors and staff by carrying out site-specific access control procedures policies and emergency response activities at a private club and resort location.
• Monitor entry points verify authorized access manage visitor and vendor sign-in procedures and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• Respond to incidents guest concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of club facilities grounds parking areas and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual activity maintenance concerns and access-related issues.
• Help to deter unauthorized entry and policy violations through a professional presence consistent access control practices and courteous communication.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
