As a Security Officer Full Time Customer Service Patrol in Buffalo NY you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic automotive location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and/or delivery personnel at an automotive manufacturing location while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas parking lots loading docks access points and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity hazards and/or unauthorized access.
• Monitor access control points and verify credentials in accordance with site-specific policies helping to maintain orderly entry and exit for authorized personnel and vehicles.
• Respond to incidents alarms medical events and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed activity reports incident documentation and shift communications and provide information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
