As a Security Officer Full Time Customer Assistance in Richardson TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. As a Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents manage access control and assist visitors and tenants with professionalism. You will communicate clearly respond to incidents and deliver exceptional customer service while reflecting Allied Universals agile reliable innovative caring team-focused and integrity-driven values.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors contractors and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor access points visitor activity and contractor check-in processes in accordance with site requirements; maintain accurate logs and communicate unusual activity to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors common areas loading docks parking areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Prepare clear timely reports of incidents observations and daily activities while maintaining professional communication with Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A state county or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
