As a Security Officer Front Desk Receptionist in San Francisco CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a retail location you will serve as a welcoming professional presence for guests and employees. You will manage access observe activity respond to security-related concerns and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors employees and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk and greet guests in a professional manner verify access credentials manage visitor sign-in processes and direct individuals to appropriate store contacts or areas.
• Monitor entry activity receive and route calls or deliveries and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents customer concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and support a welcoming retail environment through a visible customer-focused presence at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
