As a Security Officer Front Desk in Minneapolis MN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location you will serve as a welcoming highly visible presence for tenants visitors and staff. You will manage access observe activity respond to security-related concerns and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a commercial real estate location by greeting visitors tenants and vendors professionally.
• Monitor access to the property verify visitor credentials maintain visitor logs and follow site-specific entry procedures.
• Answer phones provide directions and information and assist with tenant visitor and delivery inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established emergency response procedures.
• Report security-related concerns unusual activity and maintenance issues to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
