As a Security Officer Front Desk in Ennis TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location you will welcome visitors manage access monitor activity and support a professional environment through outstanding customer service and communication. Using computer or tablet systems as needed you will help address security-related concerns while representing Allied Universals caring reliable and integrity-driven culture through teamwork.

Pay Rate: $16.53 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service at a healthcare front desk by greeting visitors patients and staff; verifying access requirements; and directing individuals to appropriate locations.
• Carry out site-specific security-related procedures visitor management processes and access-control protocols in accordance with applicable policies.
• Monitor the front desk area observe activity within the assigned reception location and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents visitor concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs complete required reports and communicate clearly with healthcare staff management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
