As a Security Officer Experienced Mobilein West Palm Beach FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. Join Allied Universal as a Screener at a government location where you will monitor access conduct screening activities and support a professional environment through strong customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors staff and the public by carrying out site-specific screening procedures access protocols and when appropriate emergency response activities at a government location.
• Screen individuals personal property and permitted items entering the location using assigned screening equipment and established post instructions.
• Respond to incidents prohibited item discoveries and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Monitor entry points and help to deter unauthorized access by verifying identification directing foot traffic and documenting visitor activity in accordance with site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated screening areas public access points and surrounding perimeter as assigned noting unusual activity and/or conditions for follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3 years of combined law enforcement military and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• The client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
