As a Security Officer Entrance Operations Driver in Cross Junction VA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. As an Access Control Officer in a residential community you will manage entry points verify access credentials monitor activity and provide welcoming customer service to residents and visitors. You will help deter security-related incidents through a visible presence clear communication and accurate reporting. This driving post requires a valid drivers license. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests vendors and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify authorization for access and maintain accurate visitor vendor and vehicle records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents resident concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner escalating matters as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas entry points parking areas and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Communicate professionally with residents and visitors while reporting security-related observations access issues and policy concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
