As a Security Officer Dispatch / Driver in Riverside CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a government transportation location where you will monitor communications coordinate responses to security-related and/or service incidents document activity and help maintain smooth daily operations. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers a caring team-driven culture built on agility reliability innovation and integrity you will play an important role in supporting people and operations each day.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures communication protocols and when appropriate emergency response activities at a government transportation location.
• Monitor radios telephones alarms cameras and other dispatch systems to receive calls for service relay information and support timely communication between field personnel supervisors and/or public agency contacts.
• Respond to incidents service requests and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting relevant details and helping to coordinate the appropriate security-related response.
• Maintain accurate activity logs dispatch records and incident reports noting call times unit status unusual activity and actions taken in accordance with site policies and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrol support functions through remote monitoring of assigned areas transportation facilities and perimeter locations helping to identify concerns and direct personnel as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
