As a Security Officer Dispatch Center Operator in Santa Ana CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. As a Dispatch Officer at a financial institution location you will coordinate communications monitor activity and support timely responses to security-related situations. You will maintain clear records provide exceptional customer service and help promote a welcoming environment. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and callers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures access-control protocols and emergency response activities.
• Receive prioritize and dispatch service requests alarms incidents and other security-related communications to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Monitor communication systems alarm notifications cameras and access-control activity documenting relevant information and escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs incident records and shift reports including the status of calls personnel and response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner while coordinating communications with on-site personnel and external agencies as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
