Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individuals relevant knowledge skills and experience. Essential Functionss

- Provide security and protection for team members guests and property

- Handle monetary transactions between games and Main Cage

- Handle unruly guests and criminals in combative situations

- Write required reports regarding all incidents that occur

- Operate the Dispatch Center as required

- Communicate via two-way radio and telephone

- Direct foot and vehicular traffic during emergencies

- Perform CPR and Heimlich Maneuver when needed

- Assist paramedics as needed

- Operate mobile unit patrol property and assist guests with vehicle problems

- Respond to alarms and communicate with Detroit Police

- Provide security and protection for garage and our employee lot.

- Other job-related duties as assigned

- Understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules and regulations policies and procedures

- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with team members and guests

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Ability to read write and communicate verbally in English

- Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment
