Security Officer

We are seeking professional and dependable Security Officers to join our team. This role requires individuals who are mature attentive and take pride in representing a high-standard environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems to identify and report unusual or suspicious activity.
• Conduct routine patrols/rounds using TourTrax or similar tracking systems to ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage and document deliveries visitor access and incoming shipments per established protocols.
• Respond promptly to security incidents alarms and emergencies following all procedures.
• Maintain accurate and professional reports including daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Assist residents guests and staff with questions or concerns while providing excellent customer service.
• Enforce safety and security policies with professionalism and respect.
• Collaborate with the team and take initiative to support operations and exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience preferred.
• Strong professionalism maturity and reliability.
• Comfortable using technology such as CCTV systems computers and digital reporting tools.
• Polished well-groomed appearance in uniform.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm alert and courteous in stressful situations.
• Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods and perform regular patrols.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to high standards and consistent performance.
