Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies access-control activities and when appropriate emergency response activities at a government licensing location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and public-service agencies as directed by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas parking areas entrances and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points observe visitor activity and assist with maintaining orderly entry and exit procedures in accordance with site policies.
• Carry authorized equipment in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements and complete accurate reports and documentation for observed incidents and patrol activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Possess three or more years of combined law enforcement military or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
• Possess one or more years of armed security-related law enforcement or military experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
