Pay Rate: $26.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents members guests and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures access-control protocols and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout residential community areas clubhouse facilities parking areas and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points verify visitor and vendor authorization and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents alarms medical situations and other critical events in a calm professional problem-solving manner contacting emergency services and/or site leadership as needed.
• Carry assigned firearm and other equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policy applicable laws and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least two years of law enforcement corrections criminl justice degree and/or military experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Possess access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
