Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers employees vendors and/or visitors while carrying out security-related procedures transportation hub policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor dispatch communications alarms cameras and/or access activity; receive document prioritize and relay routine and urgent information to appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate the dispatch of security-related personnel and resources in response to incidents service requests alarms and critical situations across terminal operations and perimeter areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established site-specific procedures and escalation protocols.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs incident reports and shift records; communicate relevant information during shift changes and to Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of armed security-related law enforcement or military experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
