As a Security Officer Active Security Clearance Patrol Driver in Santa Ana CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $24.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

This is a full-time position. You can expect to work a minimum of 30 hours per week. The schedule for this position has not been assigned yet. If you are selected to move forward your schedule will be determined as you progress through the hiring onboarding and training process. Your manager will work with you to assign a schedule based on business needs before your start date.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients employees contractors and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities production areas access points parking areas and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas verify visitor and contractor authorization and maintain required visitor vehicle and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner communicating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Observe and report potential hazards equipment concerns or policy violations in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 2 years of law enforcement military police or corrections experience.
• Possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be able to lift more than 20 pounds preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
