As a Security Officer Access Screening Overnightin Phoenix AZ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location where you will help manage access control monitor activity and support security-related protocols for employees visitors and deliveries. This role combines visible presence routine patrols and strong customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors drivers and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures credential checks and security-related policies at the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify identification and/or delivery documentation and help to deter unauthorized access to docks yards gates and other restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns to site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business perimeter parking areas and shipping and receiving zones with awareness that working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Document daily activities access-related events and unusual conditions and communicate clearly with site personnel regarding security-related concerns and/or operational issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
