We are seeking a driven and relationshipfocused Security Account Executive to join Endurance IT Services. This fulltime role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in managed services physical security or access control solutions who thrives on building trust opening new doors and closing business.
As a key contributor to our growth you will be responsible for identifying developing and securing new business opportunities while expanding Endurance ITs presence across commercial public sector and enterprise clients.

Location: Remote (with field work) - Headquarters in Ashland VA
Territory: Virginia (Northern Eastern or Western based on assignment)
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth and expand market presence within an assigned territory.
Identify develop and close new business opportunities related to security access control and managed IT services.
Build and maintain strong executivelevel relationships across industries community organizations and strategic partners.
Proactively develop and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
Accurately forecast sales opportunities and manage activities to meet or exceed targets.
Conduct regular onsite and virtual meetings with prospects and clients.
Perform discovery sessions and site walkthroughs to understand customer needs and security challenges.
Collaborate with internal engineering project and operations teams to deliver highquality solutions.
Represent Endurance IT as a trusted advisor and solutions partner.
Participate in networking events industry functions training sessions and trade shows as needed.
Qualifications
Proven success building relationships through networking referrals and partnerships.
Experience selling B2B technology managed services security or access control solutions.
Strong understanding of customer pain points and ability to translate needs into solutions.
Comfortable managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
Resultsdriven accountable and motivated to achieve performance goals.
Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
Ability to work independently in a fastpaced performanceoriented environment.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
