As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in Nottingham MD you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer you will patrol a retail and mall location maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming experience for visitors tenants and staff. This driving post requires a valid drivers license. You will provide exceptional customer service communicate clearly and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants shoppers visitors and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a retail property.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas storefronts parking areas and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Monitor access points observe activity throughout the location and report suspicious behavior hazards property damage and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Complete accurate activity logs incident reports and other required documentation while maintaining a professional presence and courteous interactions with the public.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid drivers license with at least 1 year of driving experience required
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
