Security Guard-Armed-FriSat evening

As needed Friday/Saturday 7pm-1am.

Vigilant Protection Services is seeking highly alert licensed (level 3) Armed Security Guards to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients employees and the public. You will play a critical role in deterring threats responding to incidents and enforcing property rules.

This role requires professionalism strong judgment under pressure and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Protect life and property by maintaining a visible presence and conducting regular patrols
• Respond to alarms disturbances and emergencies in a calm and effective manner
• Monitor access control points
• Deter criminal activity through strong situational awareness and professional conduct
• Enforce client-specific rules and regulations on site
• Complete incident and shift reports accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary
• Maintain weapon readiness and follow all firearm safety procedures and state laws
• Monitor entrance/exit to ensure property does not exceed capacity.

Qualifications

• Currently have a Level 3 guard card.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent judgment communication and conflict resolution skills
• Must be able to stand walk or patrol for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and availability to work assigned shifts (including nights weekends or holidays as needed)
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Schedule & Compensation

• There will be weekends with no shifts weekly schedule provided.
• Friday and Sunday(when needed) 7pm-1am.
• Hourly pay rate $14.
