Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Security Engineer Cybersecurity Monitoring to support Cyber Primes cybersecurity privacy records and information management and related enterprise support for DHRA including DMDC and OUSD(P&R). Responsibilities:
- Monitor DHRA cybersecurity posture using Government-mandated and Government-provided tools and support Tier 3 and shared Tier 2 responsibilities with Cybersecurity Service Providers.
- Confirm tool configuration deployment operability connectivity rollups updates and compliance with applicable DHRA DoD NIST and DCDC requirements.
- Report failures outages and noncompliance; submit and track tickets and support troubleshooting as required.
- Review cyber-tool coverage against DHRA asset inventories and support development and monitoring of corrective get-well plans.
- Develop traceable monitoring metrics recommend tool enhancements document baseline changes and maintain tool-monitoring TTPs.
- Apply LCAT expertise in security scanning mitigation compliance cross-checking security-system troubleshooting security engineering and review of work products for technical correctness and standards compliance.
- Bachelors degree and five years of experience.
- Must be U.S. Citizen
- A Secret clearance is required when the assigned duties require classified information or SIPRNet access.
Compensation Range:
- The anticipated salary range the Employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is $94000 to $127000 annually.
