Security Account Manager - Norwood MA

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM

Pay Rate: $26.50/hr

An Account Manager is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at assigned client sites. This includes supervising personnel ensuring adherence to post orders and maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism. The role requires strong leadership attention to detail and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Supervise Security Officers and Site Supervisors ensuring all duties are performed in accordance with post orders and company policies.

Training & Development: Train new staff members and review post procedures.

Scheduling & Coverage: Assist with coordinating shift coverage.

Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence.

Incident Management: Respond to emergencies conduct investigations and file detailed reports.

Performance Management: Coach discipline and evaluate staff performance; document actions and escalate as needed.

Patrolling & Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum 2 years of security management military service or law enforcement experience required.

Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Proficient in intermediate computer use and report writing.

Experience onboarding and training new hires a plus.
