Secret-Cleared Electronics Technician

PGS Worldwide is seeking a Secret-Cleared Electronics Technician in Lexington Kentucky for a one-year onsite contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This 2nd-shift position will perform routine electronics maintenance troubleshooting component replacement wiring and testing using common electrical test equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interim Secret clearance or higher required to start.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical or electronic equipment.
• Ability to replace electronic components and perform basic wiring activities.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of basic mechanical and electrical concepts.
• Ability to follow detailed technical instructions and established procedures.
• Experience taking electrical test measurements using common test equipment.
• Ability to work accurately under technical supervision.
• U.S. citizenship required.

• 12 years of electrical electronics or related technical experience.
• Electrical harness fabrication experience.
• Aviation maintenance experience.
• Experience using digital multimeters.
• Experience using oscilloscopes signal generators semiconductor testers or curve tracers.
• Familiarity with applicable electrical standards.

• Perform routine electronics maintenance and repair activities.
• Replace electronic components and repair basic electronic equipment.
• Wire electrical and electronic circuits.
• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems using established procedures.
• Take test readings using digital multimeters and other electronic test instruments.
• Use oscilloscopes signal generators semiconductor testers curve tracers and similar equipment as required.
• Follow detailed technical instructions and maintenance procedures.
• Read and work from electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Perform assigned work under the guidance of supervisors and higher-level technicians.
• Verify completed work for accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements.

• Full-time onsite in Lexington Kentucky.
• 2nd Shift.
• 4x10 schedule MondayThursday.

• $33.26 per hour.
• Overtime eligible.
