KRE Security LLC is hiring a Full-Time Security Officer for a consistent non-rotating second shift schedule in the Reading area. This is a permanent year-round position designed for individuals seeking stability predictable hours and long-term employment with a trusted company.
This role is ideal for someone who works well independently maintains professionalism in a variety of situations and is looking for a dependable weekly schedule without rotating shifts.

What Youll Do
- Monitor the property and maintain a safe secure environment
- Conduct routine patrols throughout the shift
- Observe and report any unusual activity or safety concerns
- Complete clear and detailed incident reports
- Maintain a professional and courteous presence at all times
- Provide assistance to staff and visitors as needed
What Were Looking For
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and stay alert throughout the shift
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic
- Security experience is a plus but not required (paid training provided)
- Must be able to pass a background check
