Job Summary: Second Shift

Lead and mentor a team of mechanical operators in the design development and validation of innovative mechanical solutions for Jabils diverse product portfolio ensuring high quality cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of mechanical operators providing technical guidance performance feedback and fostering professional development.
• Develop and implement robust mechanical design processes standards and best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product integration and manufacturability.
• Manage project schedules and resources for mechanical engineering activities.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the product development process.
• Participate in design reviews and provide critical feedback to ensure design integrity and compliance with specifications.

Job Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and motivate a technical team.
• Excellent problem-solving analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards relevant to product development.
• Project management experience including planning scheduling and resource allocation.
