Short Description

Accurately and efficiently prepare portion cook and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for all meal periods including patient service retail and catering. Responsible for managing cooks as assigned Reads food order or receive verbal instructions on food required and prepares and cooks food according to recipes. Follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing seasoning cooking and tasting.
