Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (Cherry Hill Mall)

Together we create the cutest cuddliest (and sometimes downright unusual) plush and lifestyle products in the world. With the millions-strong Squishable fan community cheering us on (and a lot of cupcakes coffee and karaoke) we make people say Our offices are in a sunny SoHo loft in NYC and in downtown Washington DC.

We need great people to represent the brand where it matters mostin front of our customers and our Sales Associates are the ones who are there.

Our Seasonal Retail Sales Associates become Squishable ambassadors: they learn our unique products inside out and develop the communication skills to turn that knowledge into the highest level of customer service.

As a member of the team this person will:

• Perform all POS transactions efficiently and courteously during the busy holiday season
• Engage with customers and create a fun memorable holiday shopping experience in the store
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately
• Maintain an organized inventory and ensure all merchandise is displayed according to brand visual guidelines
• Support the team with opening and closing duties as assigned particularly during peak holiday periods

• Must have flexible availability throughout the holiday season including evenings weekends and holidays
• Previous retail experience preferably in a pop-up promotional or boutique environment
• Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Pay rate is $15.92 per hour

Seasonal Duration: November 2026 through early January 2027

Availability Requirements: Seasonal team members must have flexible availability including weekends evenings and holidays as these are some of our busiest times of the year.
