Seasonal Grain Operations

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Seasonal Grain Operator to support daily grain handling operations during harvest and peak seasonal periods. This position is responsible for receiving grading handling storing and loading grain while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive unload and load grain from trucks and railcars.
• Operate grain handling equipment including conveyors legs augers and related machinery.
• Assist with grain sampling grading and quality control procedures.
• Monitor grain conditions and storage facilities.
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Follow all company safety policies OSHA regulations and operational procedures.
• Accurately complete required documentation and records.
• Assist with additional operations and facility tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work extended hours weekends holidays and overtime during peak harvest seasons.
• Strong work ethic dependability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to climb ladders work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred

• Previous grain handling agriculture manufacturing or equipment operation experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing walking bending climbing and lifting.
• Ability to work in dusty environments and varying outdoor weather conditions.
• Ability to safely work at elevated heights and around moving equipment.
