We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to support and lead executive search engagements within the healthcare and education sectors.

Position Overview

This is a fully remote contract-based consulting opportunity for a seasoned executive search professional with experience recruiting senior and executive-level leaders. The consultant will work closely with The MH Group's leadership team to execute search assignments identify and engage top talent and deliver exceptional client service throughout the search process.

The ideal candidate has a strong network outstanding research and sourcing capabilities and a proven track record of placing executive talent within healthcare and educational organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support executive search engagements from launch through placement.
• Conduct candidate research talent mapping and market analysis.
• Identify source and engage passive executive-level candidates.
• Conduct candidate outreach screening interviews and assessments.
• Prepare candidate summaries search reports and client-facing materials.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and manage communication throughout the search process.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with offer negotiations.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for executive-level positions.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful search outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records within the firm's applicant tracking and CRM systems.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum of 5 years of executive search experience.
• Demonstrated success recruiting and placing executive-level leaders.
• Experience within healthcare higher education K-12 education or related sectors.
• Strong sourcing networking and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• High degree of professionalism confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter ATS platforms and executive search tools.

Compensation

Compensation will be structured on a contract basis and may include an hourly rate project-based fees search completion incentives or a mutually agreed-upon consulting arrangement based on experience and engagement level.
