Job Summary
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand reporting analytics and KPI requirements.
- Analyze end-to-end Oracle Fusion business processes across Finance.
- Design business dashboards scorecards and executive reporting solutions.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices leveraging Oracle FDI capabilities.
- Support business users during UAT training and solution adoption.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (Finance).
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
- Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
- Experience with OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
- Experience with BI Publisher.
- Strong SQL and complex query development skills.
- Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes.
- Experience with data integration and APIs.
- Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion business processes.
- Experience with requirements gathering and solution design.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with workshop facilitation and business process mapping.
- Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) implementation experience preferred.
- Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations preferred.
- Exposure to Finance and Procurement analytics preferred.
- Oracle Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to lead workshops and executive discussions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Experience working in global delivery and consulting environments.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion AI/GenAI capabilities is a nice to have.
- Exposure to data governance and master data management is a nice to have.
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with third-party reporting platforms such as Power BI and Tableau is a nice to have.
