SDS RX Lead Dispatcher

The core responsibilities of this role include: monitoring and dispatching in a time-efficient and cost-effective manner and transmitting any concerns or issues to the Customer Service Manager.

Position: Lead Dispatcher

Shift:Tuesday-Saturday 12p-8p

The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:

• 2 years of Customer Service Experience.
• Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
• Ensure that dispatching is completed with emphasis on cost effectiveness and time efficient manner.
• Maintain current knowledge of routes and locations to assure timely service and accurate information.
• Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
• Interact and communicate with staff in a professional manner.
• Utilize critical thinking skills.
• Utilize tracking/dispatching software E-Courier.
• Maintain regular attendance and dependability.
• Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Have excellent computer skills including but not limited to data entry documentation skills organization.
• Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently multi-tasking.
