SDS RX Dispatcher

The core responsibilities of this role include: monitoring and dispatching in a time-efficient and cost-effective manner and transmitting any concerns or issues to the Customer Service Manager.

Position: Dispatcher
Shift: Friday-Monday 8:00 PM- 4:00 AM (overtime may be required)
Pay: $20/hr.

The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:

• 2 years of customer service dispatch transportation or logistics experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service through professional timely and solution-oriented communication.
• Experience managing customer inquiries service exceptions and escalations while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Strong relationship building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers drivers carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to provide accurate service updates and set clear expectations regarding deliveries delays and issue resolution.
• Strong problem-solving critical thinking and decision making skills with the ability to independently resolve operational challenges.
• Experience utilizing dispatch tracking and transportation management systems including E-Courier or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of routes service areas and dispatch operations to support timely and cost-effective service.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office data entry documentation and system navigation.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams to resolve service issues and meet customer commitments.
• Demonstrated reliability adaptability and commitment to regular attendance and operational excellence.
