Position Description:

CGI is seeking a Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager to support strategic transformation initiatives within a fast-paced quantitative engineering and technology environment. This role will help drive delivery across multiple workstreams focused on Model Performance Monitoring ML Ops and Microservices Orchestration in a cloud-first ecosystem heavily leveraging AWS technologies.

This role is located at a client site in Reston VA. A hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

CGI is seeking a Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager to support strategic transformation initiatives within a fast-paced quantitative engineering and technology environment. This role will help drive delivery across multiple workstreams focused on Model Performance Monitoring ML Ops and Microservices Orchestration in a cloud-first ecosystem heavily leveraging AWS technologies.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of agile leadership project coordination and stakeholder management experience. This individual will work closely with engineering teams product owners and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives while maintaining visibility into timelines risks dependencies and deliverables.

Responsibilities include facilitating agile ceremonies managing integrated project plans tracking milestones supporting quarterly planning and executive reporting and ensuring alignment across technical and business teams. The role also requires maintaining project documentation supporting governance processes and promoting continuous improvement across delivery teams.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a highly collaborative and technology-driven environment.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. 5 years of experience in Scrum Master Project Management or Agile delivery roles
. Strong experience serving as a Scrum Master and/or Technical Project Manager within agile delivery environments
. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban with the ability to adapt practices based on team needs
. Experience coordinating cross-functional technology initiatives involving engineering product and business stakeholders
. Proven ability to manage project timelines risks dependencies and executive-level status reporting
. Familiarity with cloud-native environments particularly AWS-based platforms and modern engineering practices
. Exposure to ML Ops model monitoring microservices or enterprise transformation initiatives is highly preferred
. Hands-on experience with Jira Confluence MS Project or similar project management and collaboration tools
. Strong facilitation communication and organizational skills with the ability to drive alignment across multiple teams
. Understanding of governance compliance and risk management processes within financial services or regulated industries
. Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving delivery-focused environments with competing priorities

Desired Skillset:
Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PMI-ACP or PMP certification are preferred
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Project Management Computer Science or a related field

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $99200.00 - $136400.00.
