Scrum Master (Salesforce)

Responsible for leading Agile teams in Salesforce implementation projects facilitating Scrum ceremonies removing blockers managing sprint progress and ensuring timely delivery of project goals. Requires strong Salesforce delivery experience Agile/Scrum knowledge and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications :

• 7 years of Salesforce delivery experience preferably with Health Cloud Service Cloud or Experience Cloud.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master facilitating sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews retrospectives and backlog refinement.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation configuration customization integrations and deployments.

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies; SAFe experience is a plus.

• Experience tracking sprint metrics velocity risks dependencies and delivery progress.

• Proficiency with Jira Confluence Zephyr or Salesforce DevOps tools.

• Scrum Master certification such as CSM PSM or SAFe Scrum Master preferred.

• Excellent communication facilitation leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
