Qualifications:
Must be either an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or a CertifiedScrumProfessional (CSP).
Must have at least 3 years of fully dedicated experience in Lean and Agile engagements including at least one year inScrumand at least one year in Kanban.
Must be a disciple ofLean / Agile thinking and their associated systems of delivery. Show how you have embraced continuous learning and provide examples of such endeavors.

Own the Sprint Retrospective. Use it as an avenue to imbue theScrumTeam with lean thinking agile practices. Where appropriate apply empiricism to learn from recent mistakes.
General:
