Must Have

• Ability to use agile metrics

• Agile experience
• experience with agile delivery tools
• scrum master experience
• strong facilitation and communication skills
• strong organization and prioritization skills
• experience in a product-oriented Agile environment
• experience with AI automation or digital workplace initiatives
• experience with cross-functional technology teams
• Scrum/Agile certification (CSM PSM SAFe Scrum Master PMI-ACP)

Job Responsibilities
The Scrum Master will support the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team in agile delivery of employee-facing AI productivity and workplace technology solutions.

The role will:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups sprint planning backlog refinement reviews and retrospecitves;
• Identify and remove impediments
• Manage and coordinate cross-team dependencies
• Help the team maintain focus on prioritized outcomes
• Support continuous improvement

The Scrum Master will partner closely with product technical and business stakeholders to ensure work is well-defined transparent and progressing toward measurable employee and business value.
